Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be also kept with the record. The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that his representation to the Officer-in-Charge, Ghatal Police Station did not yield any result as the case which he has filed being M.P. Case No. 63 of 2024 against one Debasish Maity, respondent no.5 herein, was not acted upon by the police authorities.

State has submitted a report which reflects that the petitioner himself had asked for a sum of money as an ambulance driver which was beyond the reasonable rate of fare for bringing a patient from Ghatal Sub-Division Hospital to a Superspeciality Hospital at Kolkata. There were other uncomfortable situations which have been narrated in the police report which in fact implicates the petitioner in respect of the law and

order crisis which arose at the relevant point of time.

I have considered the information furnished to the Officer-in-Charge, Ghatal Police Station which has been enclosed at page 28 of the writ petition as well as the averments made in the writ petition including the synopsis of facts. I find that the petitioner has embellished the facts. As such, no interference is made in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition being WPA 1070 of 2025 is dismissed.

There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
