The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that on his land vehicles are being parked at the behest of the respondents. In spite of the information to the police authorities no steps have been taken.

State has submitted a report. The report reflects that no parking of vehicles are there at the land of the petitioner at the behest of the private respondents. However, it is reflected from the report that from 1983-84, with the permission of the land owners Kartik Puja takes place.

Be that as it may, since the police authorities in their report stated that there is no question of any illegal or unauthorized car parking at the land in question, if any complaint is made by the petitioner, the police authorities will take steps in accordance with law.

So far as the puja which is taking place since 1983-84 with the written permission of the land owners, it would be discretion of the land owners to grant or not to grant the same.

With the aforesaid observation, WPA 1067 of 2025 is disposed of.

The report submitted be kept with the record. Copies of the report be handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioner and the private respondents.

All the parties shall act on the basis of the server copy of the order.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
