State of West Bengal and others Records of the case reflect that the writ petition was listed lastly on 30.12.2010.

The grievance of the petitioner related to a representation made to the two different authorities of the police including the Officer-in-Charge of Park Street Police Station and the Officer-in-Charge of Kasba Police Station on 29.11.2010.

Considering the time period which has lapsed in the meantime, I am of the view that no interference is called for by this Court at this belated stage.

Petitioner would be at liberty to take appropriate steps, if fresh circumstances so surface. Accordingly, WPA 204 of 2011 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
