The petitioners herein renew the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Finding that the application contains a renewal prayer, we directed the petitioners to be personally present in Court today. Moreover, learned advocate for the State invited us to do so.

Today, we are informed that, the petitioner nos. 2, 3 and 4 were arrested.

Consequently, C.R.M. (A) 135 of 2024 is dismissed as infructuous so far as the petitioner nos. 2, 3 and 4 are concerned.

So far as the petitioner no. 1 is concerned, we are informed that raids are being conducted to arrest him. Moreover, Warrant of Arrest was issued as against him. The materials in the case diary suggest requirement of investigation into the nature of crime committed.

There is no materials change in circumstances subsequent to the earlier order of rejection. Despite the direction of the Court, petitioner no. 1 is not present in Court. There is an issue of absconsion so far as he is concerned. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant the anticipatory bail to the petitioner no. 1. and the prayer for bail of the petitioner no. 1 is rejected.

The application being CRM (A) 135 of 2024 is dismissed. (Debangsu Basak, J.) (Md. Shabbar Rashidi, J.)
