Re: CAN 1 of 2022 In WPCT 8 of 2021 And CAN 1 of 2022 In WPCT 9 of 2021 These two applications are for modification of the order dated 14th July, 2021. We have directed in our order dated 14th July, 2021 that all the original applicants excepting Sk. Mustak Ali to participate in the interview and the respondent authorities were directed to allow the original applicants excepting Sk. Mustak Ali to participate in the interview along with other candidates who may have

been called for interview in the meantime pursuant to the selection made in terms of the notification dated 10th September, 2016. In both the applications, it is stated that in the notification dated 10th September, 2016, there was no provision for conducting the interview.

Accordingly, it is contended that it would not be possible for the applicants to comply with our order strictly. We are unable to accept the said submission as we have made it clear that while calling the applicants for interview, other candidates who may have been called earlier for interview pursuant to the selection made in terms of the notification dated 10th September, 2016 shall also be informed.

We, however, record that Mr. Pulakesh Bajpayee, learned Counsel representing the applicants/petitioners submitted that no other candidate was called for interview in the meantime pursuant to the selection made in terms of the notification dated 10th September, 2016. The entire process shall be completed as expeditiously as possible within a period of two months from date.

The application being CAN 1 of 2022 in WPCT 8 of 2021 and the application being CAN 1 of 2022 in WPCT 9 of 2021 stand disposed of.
