The Officer-in-charge, Gurap Police Station, Hooghly Rural Police District has filed a report dated 13th February, 2023. The same is taken on record. It appears from the said report that there is a dispute with regard to the demarcation of land between the petitioners and the private respondents, who are the co-sharers.

By a communication dated 20th January, 2023, the petitioners have withdrawn their complaint on the ground that they are living peacefully without any trouble and are continuing with the agricultural operations.

In view of the above, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition.

Hence, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of without any order.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
