1. The order dated 16th February, 2023 is mentioned for correction.

2. The second and third paragraphs of the said order dated 16th February, 2023 shall stand deleted and be replaced with the following observations:

"The grievance against the private respondent no.5 of the petitioner cannot be addressed by the police or the Writ Court. The petitioner may take out appropriate proceedings in accordance with law."

3. Let this correction be incorporated in the order dated 16th February, 2023.

4. The other parts of the order dated 16th February, 2023 shall remain unaltered.

5. Department is directed to take steps accordingly.

6. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
