Mr. Banik, learned Advocate appearing for the appellant submits that the matter is ready for hearing as the paper book has already been submitted before the department. No paper book has been served to the parties as yet. As such, he prays for liberty to take the paper book from this Court so that he may ready for hearing. Liberty is granted to the learned Advocate for the appellant to take the paper book from this Court. The learned Advocate for the appellant is also directed to inform the other side.
