Learned Counsel for the appellant submits that the present appeal has become infructuous, since the interim order challenged herein has not been extended subsequently.

Accordingly, the appellant does not want to press the application. Hence, CAN 1 of 2025, being an application for condonation of delay in preferring the appeal, is dismissed as not pressed in view of the observations made above. Consequentially, FMAT 16 of 2025 is dismissed as non est in the eye of law. 3.

No order as to costs.
