Sha ..... for the respondent nos. 2 to 5 This matter has been placed in the list at the instance of the petitioner as certain typographical errors crept in the order dated 24th September, 2025. On earlier occasion also this matter was listed for the same purpose. However, the order dated 26th September, 2025 does not reflect the true fact and accordingly the order dated 26th September, 2025 is recalled.

Mr. Roy, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the petitioner, correctly points out that in the fourth paragraph of the order dated 24th September, 2025, the date has been erroneously recorded as "22nd September, 2022" in place of "27th September, 2023".

Errors are merely typographical and ministerial in nature. Office is directed to take necessary steps accordingly.

Let this order be read in conjunction with the order dated 24th September, 2025.

Other portions of the order shall remain unaltered.

Corrected certified copy of the order be handed over to the parties upon submission of the certified copy, if any, already issued to them.
