He prays for leave to withdraw these writ petitions with liberty to file afresh. Mr. Bandyopadhyay, learned senior government advocate appears for the State.

In the light of the submissions made by Mr.

Banerjee, learned advocate for the petitioner, WPA 1088 of 2025 and WPA 1085 of 2025 stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh on the selfsame cause of action.

There will be no order as to costs.
