Mr. Debashis Karmakar, Mr. Arya Nandi, Mr. Satyam Ojha ...for the respondents Records reveal that the appeal and the connected application were earlier dismissed for default on 8th April, 2022. Thereafter a restoration application was filed and upon hearing the parties, the appeal was restored by an order dated 8th September, 2022.

Mr. Nandi, learned advocate appearing for the respondents submits that the writ petition was preferred by the respondents herein praying for interest on the delayed payment of the purchase price. On the date of hearing, the learned advocate appearing for the Bank handed over a pay order of the amount claimed by the said respondents and in view thereof no further order was passed in the writ petition.

Today again none appears on behalf of the appellants and no accommodation has been sought for.

It appears that the appellants are not interested in the matter.

In view thereof, the appeal is dismissed.
