Report submitted by the State is taken on record. Heard learned counsels for the parties.

Learned counsel for the State submits that several complaints have been lodged by the petitioner as well as the private respondents. The complaints have been registered as FIRs and charge sheets have been submitted upon completion of investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. In view of the above, this Court is inclined to hold that nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the writ petition.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
