In view of the above, the revisional application being CRR No. 170 of 2024 is dismissed as withdrawn.

The connected application being CRAN No. 1 of 2024 is disposed of accordingly.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner file an application seeking discharge from the case before the learned Trial Court. In the event the petitioner files such application within 7 days from date, the learned Trial Court shall deal with the same as expeditiously as the business of the court permits, in accordance with law.
