Learned advocate appearing for the State submits on the basis of written instruction that the two complaints of the petitioner were inquired into and a prosecution under Sections 107 /116 (c) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 was submitted. In such circumstances, the police having acted on the basis of complaints of the petitioner as noted above, no further interference is called for by the Writ Court.

WPA 1172 of 2021 is disposed of.
