A report dated January 28, 2025 is filed on behalf of the District Inspector of Schools (Primary Education), Bankura, the respondent no. 5 herein, let it be kept with the record. It appears from the said report that the said respondent, in compliance with the direction of this Court dated January 21, 2025, has calculated the amount required to be refunded by the petitioner in the concerned Government account to get the benefit of family pension. Ms. Sreyasree Choudhury, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that within a period of eight weeks from date, her client shall deposit the said amount in the concerned Government Account.

Upon deposit of the said amount, the respondent no. 5 shall prepare the pension papers of the petitioner expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks, and thereafter shall send the same to the Director of Pension, Provident Fund and Group Insurance, Government of West Bengal, the respondent no. 3 herein and the said respondent within four weeks from the date of receipt of the pension papers shall take forward steps for issuance of necessary Pension Payment Order in favour of the petitioner in accordance with law. WPA 1121 of 2025 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.
