Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that, the petitioners were falsely implicated. Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the post mortem report and the statement recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C.).

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners as transpiring from the 161 Cr.P.C. statement, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 263 of 2022 is dismissed.
