Sarkar Mr. Tehasin Reja .....for the respondent no.8 Matter is taken up for consideration when Mr. Supriyo Chattopadhyay, learned Additional Government Pleader representing State respondents has filed corrected Pension Payment Order which was issued by the concerned State authority vide memo dated 19th May, 2025.

It is submitted by Mr. Mukherjee, learned advocate representing the petitioner that petitioner has received entire sum due to untimely death of her husband and grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.

It is submitted on behalf of State authorities that family pension is to be released in favour of the petitioner soon.

Concerned State authorities are directed to release family pension in favour of the petitioner by four weeks from date of communication of this order.

Writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
