It is not in dispute that the mother of the petitioner Sandhya Majumder who is arraigned as one of the accused in connection with the Murshidabad Police Station Case No. 12 of 2025 dated January 03, 2025 corresponding to G.R.Case No. 56 of 2025 pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lalbagh has expired on October 17, 2022, i.e., prior to lodging of the complaint on December 30, 2024. In view of the above, the name of Sandhya Majumder be expunged from the complaint.

CRR No. 229 of 2025 is disposed of.
