decided lead matter being MAT 619 of 2020 (Sayed Sultan Ali Vs. State of West Bengal) on 12th January, 2021 arising out of one common judgment dated 26th August, 2020 concerning the recruitment process initiated to the post of Assistant Teachers pursuant to an advertisement dated 29th December, 2011 by the West Bengal School Service Commission. We dismissed the appeals and the connected applications on merits.

In view thereof, the present appeal and the connected application, accordingly, stand dismissed.
