Rule was issued on June 27, 2012 for violation of order dated May 11, 2011 passed in S.M.A.T. No. 6 of 2011 which was renumbered as S.M.A. 215 of 2011.

Since after issuance of the Rule, no representation has been made on behalf of either of the parties for a considerable period of time, the last order of the proceeding was passed on April 3, 2013 directing to put in requisite for 'talabana'.

Today also, there is no representation on behalf of either of the parties.

In such circumstances Rule stands discharged. Connected applications, if any, stand dismissed for default.
