Pursuant to the earlier order dated March 24, 2021, Purba Medinipur Zilla Parishad, being the Respondent No.2, filed the affidavit of compliance, the copies of which have been served upon the respective parties. It appears from the said report that the writ petitioner and the appellants were present on the spot at the time of demarcation and the work of demarcation and removal of unauthorised encroachment was made in presence of the parties and the writ petitioner/respondent no.5 got possession of his property.

The said affidavit further records that the parties have agreed and were satisfied with the demarcation and

demolition. It further appears that the parties have also signed the report of compliance prepared on 22.03.2021. It is evident from the affidavit of compliance filed in Court that the dispute between the parties have been resolved and nothing further remains to be decided in the instant appeal. The appeal being MAT 28 of 2021 thus stands disposed of.

Accordingly, CAN 1 of 2021 is also disposed of. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on compliance of necessary formalities.
