The petitioner seeks transfer on spouse medical grounds.

It is alleged that the application of the petitioner was returned to him by the school authority first on July 20, 2022 with the remark "lack of teacher". Further application was made and the same was again returned on August 16, 2022 by the head of the institution with the remark "resolution not submitted". The third one was returned by the head of the institution on September 19, 2022 with the remark "apply in proper channel, cannot be forwarded without resolution and NOC".

It appears that repeated attempts made by the petitioner seeking transfer have been rejected by the head of the institution.

As the petitioner seeks transfer on spouse medical ground, accordingly, leave is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh application for transfer offline along with all documents in

support of his prayer before the head of the institution who will, in turn, consider the same in accordance with the prevailing Transfer Rules without insisting upon online application or suspension of Utshasree portal.

The fate of the application to be made by the petitioner shall be made known to him at the earliest.

If the prayer of the petitioner is allowed, then necessary consequential steps shall be taken by all the authorities.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

All parties are to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Certified copy of this order, if applied for, shall be made available to the parties.
