For the contemnor The contempt petition arises out of an order dated 4th March, 2008 passed in WP 1364 (W) of 2008. The documents filed on behalf of the contemnor to demonstrate that the order in question has been complied with are taken on record. It appears from the said documents that the order dated 4th March, 2008, being the subject matter of the instant contempt petition, has been complied with.

Advocate for the applicant/petitioner also submits that the order, the violation of which was complained of in the contempt petition has been complied with. Nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the contempt petition. The contempt proceedings is dropped. The contempt petition is disposed of without any further orders. The Rule stands discharged.
