Anwar Hossain Ms. Sreyashee Biswas ..... for the State Petitioner/applicant has complied with the condition of bail imposed upon him i.e. to meet the Officer-in-Charge, Canning Police Station once in a week until further orders. Under such circumstances, we modify the condition of bail and direct that the petitioner shall meet the Officer-inCharge, Canning Police Station once in a month until further orders.

Other conditions of bail shall continue.

Accordingly, application for relaxation of condition of bail being CRAN 3 of 2022 is disposed of.
