Hence, we are not inclined to interfere with the order. Grievances expressed in the application may be canvassed before the Magistrate in accordance with law. In the event, petitioner files an application for cancellation of the ad-interim bail granted to opposite party no.2, learned Magistrate shall consider the same in accordance with law and dispose of the same at an early date preferably within three months from the date of filing of the application.
