It appears that there are some inadvertent typographical mistakes in the order dated 16.02.2022. In the 3rd line of third paragraph, in the 3rd line of fifth paragraph and in 3rd line of sixth paragraph of the said order the words "Title Suit No. 1237 of 2019" are corrected to be read as "application under Order 7 Rule 11(a) and (d) read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure filed in connection with Title Suit No. 1237 of 2019".

Similarly, in the 4th line of sixth paragraph of the said order the words "a year" are corrected to be read as "a month".

Let the aforesaid corrections be incorporated in the order dated 16.02.2022.

All parties are to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, be applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of all formalities.
