When they resisted such illegal acts and activities of the private respondent no.5, they were threatened. To that extent, the petitioners preferred an application under Section 144(2) of the Cr.P.C.

I do not find that the police authorities were subsequently informed regarding any violation of the law and order. Even if, the application under Section 144(2) of the Cr.P.C. is taken into

consideration, the same is of the year 2022.

Having considered the overall circumstances, I grant liberty to the petitioners that in case they face the same inconveniences till date, they will file a fresh representation before the Inspectorin-charge of Domjur Police Station, who will consider the inconveniences faced by the petitioners in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 994 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
