It is further submitted that the petitioner seeks leave to move the State Administrative Tribunal on self-same cause of action.

In view of the above, the instant writ application shall stand dismissed as not pressed with leave and liberty reserved to the petitioner as prayed herein above.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs.

Interim order, if any, shall stand vacated.

Instruction dated 04.01.2021 be kept with the record.
