1. From the affidavit-of-service filed in Court today, we see that the opposite party no.2 has received notice of this application for cancellation of bail. However, nobody appears for the said opposite party.

2. We should grant an opportunity to the opposite party no.2 to file an affidavit.

3. He will be at liberty to file affidavit-in-opposition within 4 weeks from date (April 22, 2025). Reply, if any thereto, be filed within 2 weeks thereafter (May 6, 2025).
