The effect was restraint upon the appellants from invoking the bank guarantee in question and blacklisting the respondents.

Now, by the final order dated 5th March 2024 each of these interim orders has been vacated.

Thus, the impugned interim order has merged with the final order which is in favour of the appellants. Therefore, the appellants are no longer aggrieved by the impugned order. Each of the appeals and the connected application are disposed of accordingly.
