1. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits no legally admissible evidence has come on record. Accordingly, he prays for bail.

2. Learned Counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits trial is in progress.

3. We have considered the materials on record. Trial is in progress. There are evidence connecting the petitioner with the murder. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
