Mr. Ali, learned Advocate led by Mr. Bari, appearing on behalf of the petitioner prays leave to withdraw the instant writ petition on the ground of technical defects in the writ petition with liberty to file afresh.

As prayed for, WPA 1003 of 2023 is dismissed as withdrawn.

This order, however, will not prevent the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on the selfsame cause of action.

There shall however be no order as to costs.
