The appellant is not represented nor any accommodation is prayed for on behalf of the appellant. In view of the report filed by the department dated 1st March, 2023 stating that the order dated 13th July, 1995 has not been complied with till date and also having regard to the fact that the appellant had enough opportunities to comply with the said order in the meantime, the appeal stands dismissed.

Interim order, if any, shall stand vacated.

LCR, if arrived at, shall immediately be sent down to the Trial Court.
