Jagadish Sardar v. State Of West Bengal & ORS
1st March, (AK) 40-41 CPAN 978 of 2021 With W.P.A 396 of 2020 Jagadish Sardar Vs.
Mr. Abhijit Pal (Via Video Conference) Mr. Lalit Mohan Mahato Mr. Srikanta Paul ...for the alleged contemnor.
None appears for the appellant when the matter is called on for hearing.
Learned counsel appearing for the alleged contemnor submits that, suppressing the fact that the order of this court was already complied with on July 9, 2021 and the same had been communicated to the applicant, the applicant filed the contempt application sometime in November, 2021.
Learned counsel hands over copies of the said reasoned order dated July 9, 2021, passed in pursuance of this court's order, and a photo copy of the peon book indicating receipt of the said order by the petitioner. Such copies filed in court today be kept on record. In view of the order under contempt having previously been complied with, the contempt application does not merit any further order.
Accordingly, CPAN 978 of 2021 is dismissed without any order as to costs.
Urgent photostat copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
