After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties, this court is of the view that the writ petition may be disposed of with a direction on the Secretary, Regional Transport Authority, Purulia being respondent no.2 to consider and dispose of the representation dated 12th November, 2021 made by the petitioner for approval of a timetable indicated in the said representation.

Written instructions filed by the State respondents in court today is kept on record. The merits of the matter have not been gone into since the concerned authority is directed to hear all relevant parties including the petitioner and pass a reasoned order within a period of four weeks from date. A copy of the reasoned order shall be made available to the petitioner within four days from the date of such order. Needless to say, the reasoned order shall be

passed by taking into account the relevant statutory provisions and the Rules/Regulations framed thereunder.

W.P.A.910 of 2022 is disposed of in terms of the above.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
