The petitioner no.1 is an Assistant Teacher of the subject Pure Science(Pass) at Kheadaha High School (H.S), District- 24Parganas (South) and the petitioner no.2 is an Assistant Teacher of the subject Physical Science(GRAD) at Nafarganj Baidyanath Vidyapith (H.S), District- South 24-Parganas, they have applied for mutual transfer through the 'Utsashree Portal'. The grievance of the petitioners is that their applications for such mutual transfer are pending consideration before the Chairman, West Bengal Central School Service Commission, the respondent no. 10 herein.

The respondent no. 10 is directed to consider and dispose of the said applications as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

W.P.A. 965 of 2024 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.

Since no affidavit has been invited from the respondents, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have been denied by them.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
