1. The order dated 29th January, 2025 has been corrected as follows:

2. In the second line of the first paragraph a date of the order shall be corrected is 19th January, 2021 instead of 9th March, 2022.

3. It is submitted by the counsel for the contemnor DVC that the petitioner has been absorbed in the Finance Department of the DVC.

4. It is made clear that the appointment of the petitioner shall take effect for the purpose of length of service from 28th August, 2014.

5. Let all arrears and other entitlements of the petitioner be calculated accordingly as expeditiously as possible within a period of two months from date in terms of the order dated 28th August, 2014 passed by this Hon'ble Court.

6. With the aforesaid direction CPAN 81 of 2025 shall stand disposed of.

7. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

8. There shall be no order as to costs.

9. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
