No one appears for the petitioner today, i.e., 18.04.2023 when the matter is called on.

The affidavit-in-reply has also not been filed despite at least two directions passed by the Court. The petitioner is obviously not interested to proceed in the matter or for a contested hearing. WPA 1007 of 2023 is accordingly dismissed for default.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated and all connected applications are disposed of.
