The petitioner claims that the private respondents are evading arrest and refusing to participate in the trial in connection with GR No.1811 of 2018.

The private respondents are represented. They submit that they have applied in the Court below for recall of the warrants. Warrants against three accused persons have been recalled. The husband's application for recall is pending consideration.

Hence, the writ petition shall stand disposed of without any orders.

There shall be no order as to costs.
