1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are certain technical errors in the writ petition and, as such, the petitioner seeks to withdraw the same with liberty to sue afresh.

2. Accordingly, WPA No. 971 of 2024 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to sue afresh on the self-same cause of action.

3. There will be no order as to costs.

4. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities. (Sabyasachi Bhattacharyya, J.)
