The genesis of the case as is reflected relates to Kalyani P.S. Case No.

620 of 2022 dated 07.11.2022, wherein, the investigating agency on conclusion of investigation has submitted charge-sheet before the learned jurisdictional court.

There are some money trail involved, which have been reflected in the report.

Be that as it may, as the main prayer of the petitioners is for de-freezing the accounts, the learned Magistrate in seisin of the case would consider the prayer(s) of the petitioner in his/her proper perspective.

If such an application is preferred, the same may be disposed of within a period of 60 days after notice to the Public Prosecutor.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 969 of 2024 is disposed of.
