1. None appears for the appellant even in the passed over round, though Mr.

Vivekananda Bose, learned counsel appears on behalf of the respondent State.

2. It appears that appellant has lost interest in the matter and therefore decided not to remain present. Even otherwise, learned Writ Court by impugned order dated 19.12.2025 observed that the dispute between the parties is civil in nature.

Liberty is granted to the appellant to approach the appropriate forum. We find no reason to interfere.

3. The appeal is dismissed.
