1. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents that the office of the Government Pleader has refused to accept notice dated 31st July, 2024 as directed by this Court on 29th July, 2024.
2. In that view of the matter, it is presumed that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the appeal.
3. F.A. 183 of 2012 shall stand dismissed.
4. Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.
5. There shall be no order as to costs.
6. Let the L.C.R. be returned, if any, to the Court below.
7. A sum of Rs. 5 lakh deposited by the appellants is allowed to be withdrawn by the respondents together with any accrued interest. For the balance amount, the respondents shall be entitled to
proceed with the execution of the orders obtained from the Court below.
8. Learned counsel for the respondents undertakes to file affidavit of servicer in course of the day.
9. The registry shall communicate a copy of this order to the Court below.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all formalities.
