Learned Counsel for the appellant submits that this matter is covered by the order dated 13th May, 2022 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in MAT 1100 of 2017.

On consideration of the judgment dated 13th May, 2022 we are also of the opinion that this matter is covered by this said judgment and accordingly we direct that this case shall also be covered by the judgment dated 13th May, 2022 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in MAT 1100 of 2017 and accordingly this matter is remanded back to the learned Single Judge having determination.
