He submits due to circumstances beyond the control of the petitioner he was unable to appear before the trial court and pray for regular bail during the time stipulated in the order. In view of the aforesaid submission and considering the materials on record, we direct the petitioner to appear before the trial court positively within four weeks from date and pray for regular bail in accordance with law.

Accordingly, application for modification of condition of anticipatory bail being CRAN 1 of 2020 (Old No. CRAN 1022 of 2020 is disposed of.
