Mr. Subir Sabud ....For the Petitioner The petitioner is a retired teacher of a Higher 17.02 Ct. No.17 Secondary School who retired in the year 2017. Though he is getting monthly pension but an arrear amount of Rs.7,78,102/- he is entitled to. The said amount is not being paid.

I direct the Commissioner of School Education being the Respondent No.2 to look into the matter in respect of the petitioner's representation through his advocate, which is at pages 48, 49, 50 and, 51 of the writ application.

The Commissioner of School Education is also directed to send his observation in this regard to the Treasury Officer within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order and the Treasury Officer is directed to take steps according to the direction to be given to him by the Commissioner of School Education for payment of the money. The money is to be paid by two weeks from the date of communication of this order by the Commissioner of School Education, otherwise the Treasury Officer will

be held responsible for consequential damages etc. With the observation and direction the writ petition is disposed of.
