Perused the office reports dated 21.08.2023, 17.11.2014 and the solemn order dated 19.11.2014 passed by the Hon'ble Court.

In the said solemn order, the learned advocate for the appellant was directed to put in requisites i. e postal costs, written up notice forms and correct postal addresses of the respondent nos. 3 to 7 for effecting service of notice of appeal on the said respondents by registered post with A.D by one week after reopening of the Court after winter holidays for the year 2014. It was further directed by the Hon'ble Court in the said solemn order that, "In default, the appeal shall stand dismissed".

It appears from the office report dated 21.08.2023 that requisites for causing service of notice of appeal upon the respondent nos. 3 to 7 have not yet been filed. In view of the non-compliance of the said solemn order passed by the Hon'ble Court, the instant appeal being SA-298/2008 stands dismissed.
