1. This matter has come at the instance of the parties for correction of the judgment dated 10th October, 2023.

2. In 2nd paragraph, 1st page, last line of the order, the year of the Title Suit should read as "T.S. No.87 of 2005" instead of "T.S.

No.87 of 1995".

3. In the 2nd page, opening sentence, instead of "September, 1995"

it "September, 1985".

4. In paragraph 5, after the premises no.528/5, the name, "Bacharam Chatterjee Lane", shall be replaced by "Becharam Chatterjee Road".

5. In paragraph 6, first sentence, instead of two sons, it should be "three sons".

6. In paragraph 7, 3rd line from the top, the word "eastern"

shall replaced by "southern".

7. At page 3, paragraph 11, last but one sentence, the word "eastern" shall be replaced by "southern".

8. At page 4, paragraph 12, in the middle portion, the word "eastern"

shall be replaced by "southern".

9. At page 7, last but 4th line from the bottom, the consideration amount "Rs.2,52,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Fifty Two Thousand)" instead of "Rs.3,52,000/- (Rupees Two locks, fifty two Thousand)".

At page 14, paragraph 26, the name of the appearing Counsel on behalf of the respondents shall be "Mr. Arijit Bardhan"

instead of "Mr. Abhijit Bardhan". In the same page towards the bottom, namely, 7th line from the bottom, the word "eastern"

shall be replaced by "southern".

At page 18, paragraph 35, towards the middle, "8th December, 1980" shall be replaced by "8th February, 1980".

At pages 20, 21 and 22 wherefrom 1/4th share is mentioned, it should be "1/5th share".

13.

At page 22, paragraph 40, the year of Title Suit should be "2005" and not "1995" as wrongly transcribed.

14.

At page 23, there is a duplication of paragraph 43. Accordingly, the last wrongly numbered "paragraph 43" shall stand deleted.

15.

Let these corrections be incorporated in the order dated 10th October, 2023.

After the corrections are carried out, the decree drawn up as expeditiously as possible.

The server copy shall be corrected accordingly.

18.

The corrections indicated by the parties in pencil and blue ink shall be retained with the original record.
