Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the statement recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of eye witness and the medical report of the victim.

Considering the materials in the case diary, the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein prima facie transpiring, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.
